MY STORY

Hi friends! My name is Tiffany.

I am a Certified CBD Oil Coach, Certified Health and Life Coach, and a Certified Essential Oils Coach.

I am also certified by CTU (Cannabis Training University).

Cannabis is life.

My passions are cannabis, making people happy, tacos, dancing, and my animals (currently 7 in total).

I am a very curious creature and am so intrigued by everything and anything cannabis.

I have been using cannabis as medicine since I was fifteen years old.

I am currently diagnosed with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) and suffer from episodes of severe major depression.

PTSD tends to constantly have me in a “fight or flight” mode.

I forget what I am talking about sometimes in the middle of a sentence.

I change my mind every .5 seconds for no reason.

I am incredibly hyper-vigilant.

Throughout the years I have been through quite a few unexpected traumatic experiences that have shaped me into the woman I am today.

I struggled with coping - how human of me, right?

I battled with eating disorders, self-harm, and more recently, I had to recover from an emotionally abusive relationship and a life-changing car accident that left me with broken bones, a fucked up back, and a changed outlook on life.

My doctor had me on five different medications at once: Wellbutrin, trazodone, tizanidine, tramadol, and ibuprofen. (Eck!)

I was numb mentally and physically. I was waking up sick because of these pills that were supposed to be “helping” me.

I woke up one day and decided I needed a change.

Embracing cannabis as my medication of choice…

Nowadays, I consume cannabis daily and have brought my meds down to a lower dose + am down to only two different medications. There was a time when I believed I did not need any of my prescription pills... I was wrong. Embracing ALL kinds of medicine that helps you is a truly beautiful thing.

Because of cannabis, I found my appetite, I can eat without guilt or feeling nauseous, I can fall asleep peacefully – and finally be able to sleep through the night with less nightmares. I experience less pain daily.

Thanks to cannabis, I am able to calm down the symptoms of my PTSD or depression.

Being able to sit down and concentrate on reading a book is something I have not been able to do for years. Now I cannot stop buying books because I want to just keep reading!

Cannabis saved my life and gives me a reason to wake up every single day.

How have my CBD products specifically helped me?

I am able to focus while I work, manage my pain, gain energy, maintain a healthy weight, and maintain my anxiety.

If I am ever feeling too anxious, I take my sublingual CBD and within 5-10 minutes I personally am more calm.

If I lose focus during a long day, I take my CBD oil.

If my back or wrist begins to ache, I use my CBD infused lotion and salve to relieve the pain.

I am also diagnosed with TMJ disorder, which often means pain in my jaw.

When I experience any jaw pain, I use my CBD lotion on the outside of my mouth, while using the sublingual CBD on the inside.

The first time I did this I cried because of how relieving it was...

That is when I knew CBD and I were meant to be.

My goal…

I want people to embrace being human and know it is okay to struggle and have emotions. Having the correct resources when you do decide to make a change in your life is a very important step in the right direction.

Being able to have a safe place to find relief and accurate information regarding the benefits of using cannabis as a medication is my goal.

I will be providing a safe place for people to be open and share their stories about their experiences with cannabis and how it has changed their lives for the better – AND how we can work together to make sure it will continue to do so.

I want to help everybody find their light at the end of the tunnel.
It is there, I promise. We can do it together.

This is our safe place. Be yourself, I sure as shit am going to be.

Welcome to my light at the end of the tunnel. Enjoy!
